泛在技术的出现，使得人们自发性参与体育活动的方式发生极大变化。以自发性群众体育组织为研究对象，运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，对自发性群众体育组织发展的现实挑战与优化策略展开深入分析，旨在为自发性群众体育组织的健康发展和全民健身工作的有序开展提供理论参考。研究认为，在泛在化时代，自发性群众体育组织不仅更加松散和不稳定，脱离组织规则规约，给管理登记工作带来空前的挑战。最后提出，改革社会组织管理体制，健全组织备案和注册制度；完善相应的法律法规，引导组织规范化发展；走向情感共同体，优化脱域性的组织结构。

The emergence of ubiquitous technology has brought about significant changes in the way people voluntarily participate in sports activities. Against this backdrop, taking spontaneous mass sports organizations as the research object and using the method of literature review research methods such as logical analysis are used to conduct an in-depth analysis of the practical challenges and optimization strategies in the development of spontaneous mass sports organizations, aiming to provide theoretical references for the healthy development of spontaneous mass sports organizations and the orderly implementation of national fitness work. Research suggests that in the era of ubiquity, spontaneous mass sports organizations are not only more loose and unstable, but also deviate from organizational rules and regulations, which brings unprecedented challenges to management and registration work. Finally, it is proposed to reform the management system of social organizations and improve the organizational filing and registration system; improve the corresponding laws and regulations to guide the standardized development of organizations; move towards an emotional community and optimize an independent organizational structure.
